Girl Talk Fuel For Inspiration

We have found community service to be far more rewarding to the volunteer than it is to the organization and people who will benefit from your time. In hopes of inspiring you, we are asking that you to commit to 5 hours of community service anywhere in honor of Girl Talk. The ideas are endless!
We have successfully operated with minimal funds and because of people like you, Girl Talk will to grow and inspire girls everywhere. If you cannot make a $50 donation, we ask that you ask others who can to help you reach your goal. Let them know that Girl Talk is a 501(c)3 nonprofit organization and all donations are 100% tax deductible to the fullest extent of the law. There are several ways you can donate to Girl Talk. You can click “donate now” and donate with any credit or debit card through our partner, Network for Good. You may also send check or money order by mail to: Girl Talk, Attn: Fuel for Inspiration, 3060 Peachtree Road NW, Suite 2000, Atlanta, Georgia 30305.
The first step is to contact your local middle school (guidance counselor) to see if a Girl Talk chapter exists. If not, and you are not a high school girl who wants to be a Girl Talk leader your commitment means that you commit to inspiring a high school girl(s )to start a chapter at that school. Your role will be to encourage her and help present the idea to the school administration for approval. You can even go as far as to commit to being that chapter’s Girl Talk advisor. Girl Talk is an organization founded and fueled by the desire to mentor and inspire middle and high school girls. Celebrating its eighth year, Girl Talk has reached over 30,000 girls, inspiring, challenging and helping girls in a variety of ways.

That’s why Girl Talk is excited to introduce our first fundraising campaign, Fuel for Inspiration. Your much needed support is the “fuel” that will allow us to continue growing and reaching out to the 12.6 million middle and high school girls in the United States that need our help. Our goal is to raise $1 million, generate 500,000 hours of community service, and have 500 active Girl Talk Chapters.
